From 1995, ad 13 years old, I started designing my own Magic cards. This guy would be cool, though hella over powered. At least he was then, maybe not now. This was before there was an official "legends" or "legendary" rule of only one in play. Though, re-reading him, he is pretty balanced. I should make it!
