How is this hard to understand? If you are a member of said this, then you can say it. If you’re not, then you shouldn’t as a general rule of thumb.

The context in which you say it matters as well. Are you saying it derogatory? Playful? Tone of voice also matters. Are you angry sounding? Laughing?
ANDRE
Some are worse than others, and some probably shouldn’t be said at all. You know which one I’m talking about.
